CHILDREN’S 1:1 SHAMANIC HEALING SESSION

A gentle, supportive healing experience for children and young people.

This private 1:1 session is designed to support children and young people who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sensitive, or out of balance.

It can also support those experiencing anger, emotional outbursts, behavioural challenges, or the impact of loss and change.

Many children today are deeply sensitive to their environments and emotions. This session provides a calm, safe space where they can release what they are holding and return to a more settled, balanced state.

Each session is adapted to your child’s needs, age, and comfort level. The approach is gentle, respectful, and trauma-aware.


WHAT THIS SESSION MAY SUPPORT

• Anxiety or worry  
• Emotional overwhelm or sensitivity  
• Anger, frustration, or behavioural challenges  
• Difficulty sleeping or settling  
• Loss, grief, or significant life changes  
• Low confidence or withdrawal  
• Feeling unsettled or out of balance  


WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION

Your child will be supported in a calm and relaxed environment while gentle energetic and emotional clearing work takes place.

Sessions are always guided at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for your child. There is no pressure, and your child remains fully supported throughout.

No prior experience is needed.
